As an External Business Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to increase property sales through the establishment of business partner relationships, resulting in referrals of potential property buyers. You will play a crucial role in expanding the real estate business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and ensuring an excellent consumer experience. You will devote at least 80 percent or more of your work hours to performing your duties outside of the company or home office. Your expertise in real estate, market trends, and industry regulations will be essential in achieving sales goals and expanding the company’s presence in target markets.
